As part of its efforts to accompany the international transformation towards the activation of technology as an effective tool for the provision and transference of knowledge, the Mohamed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa Academy for Diplomatic Studies announced the launch of the first version of Certificate in Diplomatic Studies, which targets the Ministry of Foreign Affairs diplomats who haven’t participated in the Foundation Programs for Diplomats and employees in the public sector working in foreign affairs and international cooperation in various governmental entities in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Over a period of nine weeks – starting from June 7 to August 6, 2020 evening time – the program offers a series of intensive interactive workshops and lectures via visual communication, in the fields of politics and diplomacy in addition to various concepts and skills that fall under them, such as effective communication, diplomatic language, and the art of negotiation.
The Certificate in Diplomatic Studies is aimed at who are under the age of 45 and who are fluent in speaking and writing in English, and must have a recommendation of an employer attached to their application.
This program comes from the keenness of the the Mohamed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa Academy for Diplomatic Studies to enhance the diplomatic capabilities and skills of national cadres from various governmental entities in activation of the principle of the existing institutional partnership between the academy and the ministries and agencies of the Kingdom.
The Certificate in Diplomatic Studies is free of charge, however registration is required. Those interested and wishing to participate and meet the conditions mentioned above note that the registration starts by filling in the form for the program.
