The Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa Academy for Diplomatic Studies concluded a virtual workshop on “Risk Security Management”, which lasted for 3 days, in cooperation with experts from the Ministry of Interior.
The participants of the workshop included diplomats registered in the Counselors Program and First Secretary Program.
The workshop was introduced by the Director of the Protection and Safety Directorate and Head of the Executive Office of the National Committee of Disaster Management at the Ministry of Interior, Colonel Dr. Muhammad Al-Bangdir.
In attendance were the Executive Director of the Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa Academy for Diplomatic Studies, Dr. Shaikha Muneera bint Khalifa Al Khalifa.
This workshop is part of the vision of the Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa Academy for Diplomatic Studies, which aims to equip MoFA employees with essential skills, and within the framework of the cooperation existing between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Interior in all areas that contribute to the service of the Kingdom.
The workshop revolved around risk security management, disaster risk management, prevention and protection requirements in facilities and its dynamics, the mechanism for evacuating buildings and facilities, and other topics and lectures that were presented by a prominent group of speakers.
