H.E. Ambassador Hasan Ebrahim Saleh
Director of Training and Languages
His Excellency Ambassador Hasan Ebrahim Saleh has held the position of Director of Training and Languages at the Mohammed Bin Mubarak Al Khalifa Academy for Diplomatic Studies at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain since 2024. Prior to this position, he served as the Acting Director of Training and Languages from 2021 to 2024.
His Excellency has a broad professional career in the field of diplomacy, having held several positions within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. These include serving as Director of the Gulf Cooperation Council Affairs Directorate from 2017 to 2021, Advisor at the Minister of Foreign Affairs Office from 2012 to 2017, and Diplomat in the Office of the Undersecretary for Regional and GCC Affairs from 2009 to 2012, and in the Arab Affairs Department from 2006 to 2009. He began his career in the ministry as a Third Secretary on April 1, 2006.
His Excellency Ambassador Saleh has represented the Kingdom of Bahrain in numerous high-level international meetings, participating in delegations led by His Majesty the King in the Gulf Cooperation Council summits, Arab League meetings, and Organization of Islamic Cooperation gatherings from 2009 to 2019. Additionally, he attended the meetings of the Foreign Ministers of the Gulf Cooperation Council and the Arab League from 2006 to 2021, as well as official visits with the Minister of Foreign Affairs to GCC and Arab countries. He also participated in Bahrain’s delegations at the United Nations General Assembly from 2014 to 2019, and attended meetings of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the African Union.
Ambassador Saleh holds a master’s degree in strategic and administrative studies from the Royal College of Defence Studies and a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from the University of Bahrain. He was honored with the Excellence Medal from the Bahrain Defense Force in June 2024.
