Foreign Minister visit MBMA

Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, paid a visit today to the Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa Academy for Diplomatic Studies (MBMA), where he met with members of the Foundational Diplomatic Program (FDP).

During the visit, MBMA Director General, Dr. Muneera bint Khalifa Al Khalifa, reviewed the most prominent training programs offered to FDP students, stressing the Academy’s commitment to training diplomatic staff and developing their skills with professionalism and high efficiency. She also expressed her appreciation for the continuous support and great attention paid by the Foreign Minister to the Academy and its members.

For his part, the Foreign Minister expressed his great appreciation for the efforts exerted by the Academy in developing diplomatic and administrative competencies, lauding the promising youth capabilities and their ability to represent the Kingdom well in international forums, calling on them to benefit from the training programs offered by the Academy to develop their skills and enhance their capabilities to serve the interests of the Kingdom of Bahrain and promote its status at the regional and international levels.

Program participants briefed the Foreign Minister on what they have learned at the program, and how diplomatic concepts were explained to them.
