Marking the holy month of Ramadan, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, held remotely today the fourth general meeting with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs personnel.
He extended congratulations to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, as well as the Bahraini people and the Foreign Ministry’s personnel, wishing the Kingdom of Bahrain further peace and prosperity.
The Foreign Minister expressed appreciation for the sincere efforts made by the ministry’s staff and their distinguished performance as one team to accomplish the tasks entrusted with them with efficiency and competence. He praised the important role played by the missions of the Kingdom of Bahrain abroad to facilitate the return of Bahraini citizens to the homeland, in light of the spiking coronavirus pandemic.
He also reviewed the ministry’s recent achievements, hailing the distinguished training programmes provided by the Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa Academy for Diplomatic Studies, and the commitment of the ministry’s employees to complete their annual mandatory training hours.
At the end of the meeting, the Minister spoke about the importance of perseverance, mutual respect and developing capabilities, stressing that they are key elements for improving diplomatic and administrative work at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, wishing everyone continued health and success.
