Minister of Foreign Affairs, HE Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, chaired the meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa Academy for Diplomatic Studies (MBMA), which was held virtually today in the presence of the Board members.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Minister of Foreign Affairs praised the important role played by MBMA in promoting the diplomatic cadre of the Kingdom of Bahrain, lauding the Academy’s role in promoting cooperation in the field of training with diplomatic institutes and academies around the world.
Discussions focused on topics on the meeting’s agenda. MBMA Director-General, Dr. Muneera bint Khalifa Al Khalifa, reviewed the most prominent training programmes that were completed in 2021, noting the Academy’s plans to develop diplomatic training in the coming year.
For their part, the members of the board expressed their appreciation for the academy’s efforts and active role in promoting the diplomatic work of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
