His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister, received a cable of congratulations from Ambassador of Kuwait and Doyen of the Diplomatic Corps, Shaikh Azzam Al Mubarak Al Sabah, on the occasion of the Royal Order issued recently to rename the Kingdom’s Diplomatic Institute as the “Mohammed Bin Mubarak Academy for Diplomatic Studies” in appreciation of His Highness’s efforts as one of the founders of Bahrain’s diplomacy.
The Kuwaiti ambassador praised the Deputy Premier for his contributions to Bahrain’s diplomacy spanning five decades.
The ambassador praised the leading role of HH Shaikh Mohammed in Bahrain’s openness to the world and communicating its voice and embodiment of its positive image, wishing him success in serving the Kingdom on the road of progress and prosperity.
