Bahrain, Turkmenistan sign memo in diplomatic training

Within the framework of the official visit of President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Rashid Meredov, and Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs, Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, today signed a Memorandum of Understanding at Gudaibiya Palace between the Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa Academy for Diplomatic Studies and the Institute of International Relations in Turkmenistan, which aims to establish cooperation between the two countries in the field of diplomatic training.

On this occasion, the Undersecretary for Political Affairs expressed appreciation for the close relations of friendship between Bahrain and Turkmenistan, and their development in various fields, in light of the keenness of the leaderships of the two countries to promote them to serve the interests of the two friendly countries and people. He stressed that the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding reflects keenness of the two friendly countries to increase bilateral coordination and joint cooperation in the political and diplomatic field.
